Welcome to my food blog. As you will quickly see, I eat rather poorly. So why am I doing this? In the past few years, my weight has consistently been higher than I'd like it to be. I often think "I need to eat healthier." But I never do, with the exception of a Special K diet a few years ago, which was remarkably successful, I might add. I am hoping that this project will allow me to see all the crap I'm eating in a cumulative record, and possibly help shape my future eating habits. We shall see...
