Friday night is pizza night.
An Exhaustive Journal of Dreadful Eating Habits

It doesn't look like much, but it was rather tasty. Tonight was Alpha at church, as will be every Wednesday, and while it typically isn't gourmet, it is usually worth two servings. Tonight was a two serving night. Roast Beef Stew-like something over rice, and the requisite baked ziti. I also had a slice of pie (not pictured). Healthy? Probably not in the quantity I ate.
I had a salad, tuna sandwich and Pepsi for lunch. That makes me feel a little better about the crap I eat all the time. Although someone pointed out that the dressing I had on it was not low-fat, low-cal, so I suppose it wasn't all that healthy. I feel that it also bears mentioning that I just taught a class in which I weighed myself. I am not too pleased with the results. That's enough to motivate.
It's 9:38am and I am starting to reconsider my policy against eating breakfast. A little background: I generally (97% of the time) don't eat breakfast because it makes me feel sick to eat when I'm so tired. I can eat breakfast if i've been up for a few hours, however, work usually prevents this from happening. Monday, I was at a workshop and had a half hour to kill before it began, so I got a sausage, egg & cheese value meal at McD's. But today I'm thinking breakfast, with no options except chips from the vending machine. [photo is not my own...sorry]
