11:00pm - hotdogs

It's 11:00 at night, and I just ate two hotdogs with mustard and pickles, and a half a glass of Coke. Wow, it's painful to even write this. I don't think, however, that this will have any impact on what I eat tomorrow... [photo is not my own...sorry]

First Post on my Food Blog

I don't know if anyone will ever read this, but if you, in fact, are reading this, and you are not me, than i suppose someone is reading this. For your benefit, I will explain what this space is all about. I am starting a food blog. The name, GoodScientific, is a reference to my Twitter alias.

A food blog is a journal that chronicles everything I eat. I'll try to take pictures of it, and post three times a day. We'll see how it goes!
